Verónica Martínez-Estrada

Verónica Martínez-Estrada is a seasoned language professional with extensive experience in the life sciences sector. Currently serving as Strategic Language Lead at Lionbridge since January 2022, Verónica previously held multiple key roles at Welocalize Life Sciences, including Quality Client Engagement Manager and Subject Matter Expert. Verónica began the career at Nova Traductors i Intèrpretes as a Project Manager and has also contributed to Urban Translation Services and Chef du Monde as a Business Development and Project Management professional, focusing on the veterinary and animal health industries. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Scientific, Technical and Medical Translation from Imperial College London, a Graduate Teacher Programme from CILT, and a BA+MA in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Vigo, along with certification as a Sworn Translator by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
