Kaley Graham

Kaley Graham is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Lipman Brothers/R.S. Lipman Company since March 2017, Kaley has successfully held positions as HR Manager and Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes working as a Regional Recruiter at HHS - Hospital Housekeeping Systems from April 2014 to March 2017 and as a Store Manager at Therapy Systems from May 2010 to April 2014, where responsibilities included managing daily operations and training staff. Early career experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at Richland Country Club, where important duties involved budget management and payroll oversight. Kaley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Strayer University and has completed additional education at The Beauty Institute and Nashville State Community College.
