Richard Scherer

Richard Scherer is a seasoned attorney currently serving as a Partner and Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Team Leader at Lippes Mathias since September 2010, where responsibilities include managing complex business litigation and advising clients on environmental compliance and governmental regulatory issues. Additionally, Richard Scherer has contributed to community development as a member of the Board of Directors for Delaware Soccer Club from November 2017 to December 2023, promoting youth participation in athletics, and served on the Board of Directors for Neighborhood Legal Services, Inc. from December 2013 to December 2019, supporting access to legal services for low-income individuals and persons with disabilities.
