I Putu Adi Sastrawan

I Putu Adi Sastrawan has extensive work experience in various industries. I Putu started their career in 2007 at PT First Media TBK, where they served as the Technical Support Head from August 2007 to November 2009. I Putu then became the Inbound Service Head from August 2009 to September 2011.

In 2011, Sastrawan joined DHL Express as the Contact Center Manager from September 2011 to November 2012.

I Putu then moved on to PT Indonesia Media Televisi (BIGTV) in 2012, where they served as the GM Operation from November 2012 to December 2018.

From 2018 to 2022, Sastrawan worked at PT Mahkota Sentosa Utama (Meikarta) as the Head of Telesales, Contact Center & Collection.

Currently, they are the Head of Sales at PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk since November 2022.

I Putu Adi Sastrawan obtained a Master's degree in Marketing Management from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Pelita Harapan from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they attended Taruna Nusantara Senior High School, although the specific details regarding the duration and field of study are unknown.
