Louise Larrat

Louise Larrat is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across notable companies. Currently serving as Country P&O Lead (HR Director France) at LIPTON Teas and Infusions since July 2021, Louise oversees key HR functions including legal compliance, benefits management, talent management, and pay system implementation. Prior to this position, Louise worked at Unilever as a People Partner, supporting HR processes for diverse teams, and held roles at Ubisoft as a Junior HR Generalist and International Mobility Coordinator, where Louise managed international employee mobility and compensation packages. Louise began their career with a human resources internship at Canal+. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Magellan Institute and a degree from Sciences Po Lyon.
