Everson de Pádua has been working in Human Resources for over 10 years. Everson started their career as an analyst, before moving into training and development. In their current role as Head of HR at Liq, they are responsible for managing the training department and overseeing all HR functions.
Everson has a long history of working with different companies in a variety of industries. Everson began their career at Grupo Contax, where they worked as an analyst for 2 years before being promoted to Senior Training Instructor. In this role, they were responsible for implementing sales training programs and massifying sales methods and culture for Itaú card operators. Everson also oversaw the development and implementation of operational leader sales processes, monitored compliance with indicators, and proposed and developed training programs to improve results.
After 4 years at Grupo Contax, Everson left to pursue other opportunities. Everson spent a year as a Training Instructor at another company before returning to Grupo Contax in their current role as Head of HR. In this role, they are responsible for managing the training department, overseeing all HR functions, and developing and implementing new training programs.
Everson de Pádua has a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Gerenciamento Estratégico de Gestão de Pessoas from Estácio and a Graduação in Gestão de Recursos Humanos from Wyden.
