Richmond Vo has worked in the IT industry since 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Biochemistry Laboratory Technician at the University of Colorado Denver. In 2015, they were an Quality and Environmental Intern at Abengoa. In 2016, they were a System Test Analyst at the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing - HCPF. In 2017, they were a Technical Support Analyst at Kelly Services, where they performed high level technical troubleshooting and infrastructure support to IBM clients with software and hardware needs using remote tools. In the same year, they also worked as a Software and Development Operations (DevOps) Engineer at Liqid Inc.
