Steve Bachellor

Steve Bachellor has over 30 years of experience in environmental compliance and management. Steve is currently the Director of Environmental Compliance at Liquid Environmental Solutions since 2024. Prior to that, they worked at The Thrival Company as a Senior Environmental Consultant from 2022 to 2023. From 1999 to 2022, they held various positions at Lennox International, including Manager of Environmental Compliance and Corporate Environmental Manager. Before that, they worked as an Environmental Manager at Lennox Manufacturing, Inc from 1991 to 1999, and as an Environmental Engineer at Lozier Corporation from 1989 to 1991.

Steve Bachellor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University in 1989. Steve also holds additional certifications including a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor (CPEA) from the Board for Global EHS Credentialing (BGC®) obtained in June 2005, and a Certified Manager from the National Management Association obtained in 1995.
