Eric Hegel

Eric Hegel has over a decade of experience in technical support and web hosting, currently serving as a Developer in Test 1 at Liquid Web since July 2017. Prior roles include Enterprise Support Technician at Liquid Web and Technical Support at cPanel from November 2015 to June 2017. Eric also held the position of Customer Support Supervisor at A Small Orange and worked as a Server Technician at Touch Support, Inc., where responsibilities included troubleshooting and resolving advanced web hosting issues involving LAMP applications, visualization technology, and Exim mail services. Eric Hegel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Indiana State University, obtained between 2015 and 2018.
