Matt Cromwell

Matt Cromwell is a seasoned professional in the field of customer experience and web development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Experience at Liquid Web since May 2021, overseeing all aspects related to Customer Experience at StellarWP. Previously, Matt held the General Manager Operations role for GiveWP at Liquid Web, managing multiple departments. Prior to Liquid Web, Matt was the Head of Support and Community Outreach at Impress.org, where responsibilities included strengthening brand reputation through outreach and content management. As a freelance web developer, Matt operated mattcromwell.com and was involved with IFPDesigns.com and Congregation Beth Israel. Matt's education includes a Master's degree in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and an MA in History from San Diego State University.
