Vern Anderson

Vern Anderson is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in systems engineering and administration. Currently serving as a Systems Engineering Specialist at Valero since May 2023, Vern also holds the position of Web Hosting Support System Administrator II at Liquid Web, starting in June 2021. Previously, Vern worked as a Virtualization Engineer at Rackspace Hosting from December 2006 to May 2021, and as a Systems Administrator at Broadway Bank from October 1997 to December 2006, where responsibilities included managing Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory, among other systems. Early career experience includes roles as a Systems Analyst at Ultramar, where Vern developed Windows NT deployment strategies, and as a Computer Service Technician at Computer Solutions, focusing on repair and configuration of technical equipment.
