Peter Hedelund Christiansen

Peter Hedelund Christiansen has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Peter Hedelund currently serves as the Digital Twin Manager at Liquid Wind since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Development Manager at Scandinavian Energy Contractor A/S (SEC) from January 2022 to March 2022.

Peter has also held various roles at Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor, BWSC, starting as an IT business tools developer from August 2014 to March 2022. Peter Hedelund then transitioned to become a Project Manager - Development, a role they held from January 2017 to March 2022.

Before joining BWSC, Peter worked as a Comos administrator at Babcock & Wilcox Vølund from November 2011 to July 2014. Peter Hedelund started their career at BWSC as a Mechanical Engineer from November 2009 to November 2011.

Peter Hedelund has also held multiple roles as a Mechanical Engineer at BWSC from January 2000 to February 2009. During this time, they served as a System Owner (Mechanical) and was responsible for Plantschema and P&I diagram production.

Peter Hedelund Christiansen pursued their education in the field of engineering. Peter Hedelund first attended Copenhagen Technical College from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Higher Technical examination degree. Later, from 1998 to 2000, they enrolled in Copenhagen University College of Engineering, focusing on mechanical engineering and machine design, and they graduated with a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Peter obtained the PRINCE2 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2021.
