Nir Shmueli

Nir has over 4 years of professional experience in the M&A practice and Transaction Services Advisory. Prior to joining Liquidity, Nir was a Senior Associate at KPMG's Transaction Services Advisory department, where he managed financial and commercial due diligence projects (buy-side and sell-side) for large-scale M&A transactions, debt, and equity capital raises.

Nir holds an M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting from Tel Aviv University, a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel
