Jake Politakis

Jake Politakis has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Their most recent position is as the Vice President of Supply Chain at LiquidPower Specialty Products Inc. In this role, they manage LSPI's Global Supply Chain and Logistics, ensuring the delivery of products to distribution centers and customers. Jake also oversees global inventories, strategic distribution center locations, and leads a team of Supply Chain professionals. Prior to this, Jake served as the Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Commercial Development at Univar Solutions. Jake also worked at BASF as a Senior Supply Chain Process & Design Manager and Senior Logistics Manager for Shale Gas Projects. Before that, they held roles at Sasol, DuPont, APL Logistics, FedEx Ground, and Preston Trucking Company, where they gained experience in areas such as marine and pipeline logistics, transportation and warehousing management, and operations management.

Jake Politakis earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Transportation and Logistics from Wilmington University from 2002 to 2004. Jake also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from the University of Delaware, which they completed from 1990 to 1999. In addition to their degrees, they obtained a certification as a Six Sigma - Black Belt in 2007.
