Moti Birger is a highly experienced executive with a diverse background in finance, business development, and management across various industries, including energy, logistics, and technology. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Liquineq AG since 2018, Moti Birger is responsible for directing the development of a next-generation blockchain banking platform with international operations. Previously, Moti Birger held key roles, including General Director at Open Port of Nakhodka, where the construction of a major coal transshipment port was overseen, and Senior Business Development Manager at Mercuria Energy LTD, focusing on port acquisitions in Far East Russia and the Baltics. Moti Birger's earlier career includes significant positions at Fair Energy SA, Projector Services Limited, GLENCORE SERVICES (UK) LIMITED, and Iskoor Steel Services Ltd., demonstrating a strong expertise in finance and strategic project management.
