Colette Pividori

Colette Pividori is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail and customer operations. Since February 1992, Colette has held multiple leadership positions at LCBO, including Chief Retail Officer and Chief Customer Officer, overseeing areas such as retail, marketing, merchandising, eCommerce, and customer experience. Prior to joining LCBO, Colette worked as a Tax Preparer at H&R Block and held various roles in advertising coordination and management at Northern Life, along with being a Bank Teller at National Bank of Canada.
