Deborah Grove

Deborah Grove is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning from 1995 to the present. Currently serving as the Director of People Services at LCBO since December 2010, Deborah has also held the position of Director of Human Resources Advisory within HR People Ops and previously worked as HR Manager for the Western Region. Prior to LCBO, Deborah was a Human Resources Consultant at Fanshawe College from September 2009 to December 2010. Earlier experience includes roles as Lead HR & LR Representative and Labour Relations Representative at General Motors of Canada from 1995 to 2009. Deborah holds a Diploma in Business Marketing from Fanshawe College.
