Jason Norman has worked in the software engineering field since 2000. Jason began their career at Cybersensor, Inc. as a Software Engineer in 2000. In 2001, they joined Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a Senior Integration Architect and Senior Application Developer. In 2018, they moved to QuikQ LLC as a Senior Software Engineer and, in 2020, they joined Lirio as a Software Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer. During their career, they have worked with a variety of technologies, such as Orion, HL7, UML, Gliffy, SOAP, XML, IHE Profiles, RESTful integration services, GWT, Spring, Hibernate, Maven, JUnit, Ehcache, Mockito, Fitnesse, Oracle, OAS, Javascript, CSS, Hypersonic (HSQLDB), Eclipse, Restlet, Java, Servlets, Tomcat, and MySQL.

Jason Norman obtained a BS in Computer Science & Information Systems from Austin Peay State University between 1995 and 2000. Jason then went on to receive an MS in Software Development & Management from Rochester Institute of Technology between 2003 and 2005. In 2016, they obtained a SEI Software Architecture Professional certification from the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. In 2017, they obtained a SEI SOA Architect certification from the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University.
