Arlette Seymour

Arlette Seymour is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry, currently serving as COO of Lisa Eldridge Beauty since August 2022. Prior to this role, Arlette held various senior positions at Hourglass Cosmetics under Unilever Prestige, including SVP International and Vice President International, where responsibilities encompassed international business development and commercial planning. Arlette also gained valuable experience as a Buyer of Cosmetics at Lane Crawford, focusing on brand relationship management and new brand acquisitions. Earlier career roles include positions at Liberty Ltd as a Cosmetics and Home Buyers Assistant, Buccellati as a London Agent, Prologue jewellery as Sales and Marketing Manager, and Cartier as a Sales Associate. Arlette holds an MA in Theology/Theological Studies from the University of Oxford, completing the degree in 2004.
