Pauline Lacom, PhD, has extensive experience in marketing and innovation strategy, particularly in the automotive sector. Since February 2014, Pauline has held various positions at LISI Automotive, including Marketing, Innovation Strategy Manager and Innovation Manager, focusing on collaborative innovation aligned with market needs and conducting thorough market analyses. In addition to practical roles, Pauline is pursuing a PhD with a focus on user-driven and open innovation in B2B marketing, in partnership with the IRTES-SeT laboratory. Prior experience includes internships in marketing and sales roles at CORA, Globe Publishing, GRAI Etiquette, and Sony, where Pauline developed skills in market studies, competition analysis, customer satisfaction, and database management. Educational qualifications include a Research Doctorate in Engineering Sciences from École doctorale SPIM and a Master of Science from Ecole Supérieure des Technologies et des Affaires.
