Richard Mongeau

Richard Mongeau has a background in project management, lean management, and continuous improvement. With experience in roles such as Lean Manager and Continuous Improvement Specialist at various companies including Lisinski Law Firm and Toyota Boshoku America, Richard has a strong foundation in implementing TPS (Toyota Production System) and working with project companies to execute tactical plans. Additionally, Richard has also worked as a Team Lead at Toyota Boshoku America and has experience as a Manufacturer and Press Operator. Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International/Global Studies from the University of Phoenix and a Certificate in Project Management from Purdue University.
