Zac Colwell

Zac Colwell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Zac started their career at Kroger as a Cashier from March 2012 to December 2014. Zac then joined Senco Brands, Inc in May 2014 as a Technician, where they resolved part and assembly discrepancies and collaborated with engineers and project managers. From May 2016 to September 2020, Zac worked as a Mechanic at Senco Brands, Inc, where they operated, maintained, repaired, and adjusted nail presses and strip collators, as well as operated, maintained, and repaired automatic packaging robots. In September 2020, Zac was promoted to User Support Analyst at Senco Brands, Inc, and held this role until October 2021. Next, they joined Nexigen in October 2021 as a Service Desk Technician, and later became a Service Desk Technician II in March 2022. Currently, Zac is working at LISS Technologies as a Service Engineer, starting in August 2022.

Zac Colwell completed their Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Secure Systems Administration at Sinclair Community College from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued an Engineer's degree at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College from 2014 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Zac has obtained various certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills in the field. Some of these certifications include 3CX Certified Engineer and Certified Engineer ET15 from 3CX and Sophos, respectively. Zac also holds certifications in Information Systems Security, Linux Security & Network Essentials, and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate from Sinclair Community College.

Furthermore, Zac has acquired certifications from various institutions such as TestOut Corporation and Mimecast. These certifications include PC Pro, Windows Server Pro Identity, IT Fundamentals, Windows Server Networking Pro, Windows Server Install and Storage Pro, and Mimecast Warrior.

Moreover, Zac has achieved certifications as a Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3: Certified Associate from Fortinet. These certifications highlight their expertise in network security.
