Sergey Shchegrikovich

Sergey Shchegrikovich serves as the Chief Technology Officer at ListAlpha since April 2024, following a tenure as Head of Web Services and CTO in Residence at Palta from August 2021 to April 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Deputy Chief Technology Officer at Gismart, where leadership of the engineering department resulted in improved delivery velocity. Sergey also held the position of Development Manager at dotDigital Group plc, establishing and managing a product development office in Minsk, Belarus, and achieving high retention rates for team leads. Earlier in career, Sergey was a Team Leader at Itransition, managing a SaaS application development team in an Agile environment. Sergey holds a Master's degree in Computers, Systems, and Networks from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, and has completed a management program at Stratoplan Management School.
