Suruchi Bhatia

Suruchi Bhatia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client relationship management and project management. Currently serving as a Client Relationship Manager and Project Manager at ListEngage since February 2017, Suruchi leads a team of digital marketing experts, overseeing the successful delivery of over 50 Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects. Prior to this role, Suruchi worked at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from November 2010 to December 2014 as a Research Administrator/Grants Manager, managing financial portfolios for 14 Principal Investigators and overseeing numerous grant proposals. Earlier, as an Operations Coordinator, Suruchi managed daily operations for the Cancer Center Director’s Division. Suruchi's career began with an internship at Tufts Medical Center, where a clinic flow analysis was performed to enhance operational efficiency. Suruchi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan and an MBA with a focus on Healthcare from Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School.
