Martin Goodwin serves as the Group F&I Compliance Manager at Listers Group Limited since April 2003, focusing on developing, maintaining, and managing compliance with Financial Conduct Authority regulatory guidelines for general insurance and consumer credit. Martin Goodwin holds a certified function under the Senior Manager & Certification Regime, having successfully implemented and managed its rollout across the group. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the compliance and competency of franchised dealers and fleet departments in accordance with relevant regulations and laws, including the Consumer Credit Act. Prior experience includes roles as Group Business Manager at SITEL and Account Handler at Merit Direct. Martin Goodwin completed education at King's School Worcester from 1981 to 1986.
