Esq. and Ilese Flamm

Ilese Flamm, Esq. and CPA has extensive work experience in the legal field. Ilese began their career at DLA Piper as an Associate, gaining significant experience in real estate and financing transactions. Ilese then moved on to The Walt Disney Company, where they served as a Senior Attorney and later led the legal function for the Disney Vacation Club. After Disney, Ilese worked at Wyndham Worldwide, first as a Group Vice President and then as an Executive Vice President and General Counsel in the Wyndham Exchange and Rentals division. Ilese led international legal teams and played a key role in the company's growth. Ilese then joined Shell Vacations Hospitality as EVP of Legal Affairs, where they advised on the sale of the company to Wyndham. Most recently, they have been with Donlen Corporation as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, leading the legal team and serving as the Compliance Ambassador. Ilese has a strong background in corporate law, strategic decision-making, and managing legal budgets.

Ilese Flamm, Esq. and CPA pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business/Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Chicago.
