Stefan Creek

Stefan Creek currently serves as the Head of Client Experience and Head of Customer Care for Jaguar Land Rover at Listers Group, where responsibilities include investigating and resolving customer complaints across sales and after-sales while liaising with Jaguar Land Rover. Previously, Stefan held the position of Customer Relations Manager at Listers Volkswagen, focusing on customer satisfaction in a high-volume fleet department. Earlier experience includes a high-profile role at Jaguar Land Rover, managing correspondence directed to the Board and UK Managing Director and resolving customer inquiries at the executive level. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography and German from Coventry University and completed a placement year in Geography at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
