Kimberly McCaffery is an experienced professional in customer experience and violence prevention education. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at Listing Mirror since September 2023, Kimberly has previously held similar managerial roles at Castos and Conferences i/o. Kimberly's background includes a focus on customer learning and development at InventoryLab Inc. and a significant role as Senior Sexual Assault Prevention Coordinator at Contact of Burlington County, where efforts centered on promoting primary prevention of violence. Beginning a career in victim rights advocacy as a Sexual Assault Prevention Specialist, Kimberly has established a strong foundation in public speaking and education to facilitate impactful discussions on challenging cultural stereotypes.
