Riley Potter

Riley Potter has been serving as an Information Technologist at Listowel Wingham Hospitals Alliance since May 2019, where key responsibilities include migrating Exchange 2013 to Exchange Online, managing a hybrid Exchange and Active Directory environment, and maintaining network and telephony infrastructures. Prior roles include IT Technical Analyst and Information Technology Help Desk Analyst, with experience in supporting users and training staff on hardware and software. Riley possesses a diploma in Computer Systems Technician Networking from Georgian College and has completed multiple courses at Cisco Networking Academy. Additionally, Riley has officiated ice hockey for organizations, including the Ontario Women's Hockey Association and the Ontario Minor Hockey Association, while also gaining experience as a Student Labourer at Britespan Building Systems Inc.
