After voluntarily withdrawing from the College of Liberal Arts, International Christian University, he joined an NPO corporation in the field of child welfare and engaged in fund procurement and recruitment of human resources. In July 2015, he joined LITALICO Inc. as a mid-career recruiter. After that, he became an executive officer in October 2020 after working as a secretary to the president, a deputy general manager of the human resources development department, and a general manager of the president's office.
