Caite Rought

Caite Rought, MBA, has a strong background in business development, operations management, and finance. Caite has served as the Director of Business Development at Litehouse Inc., where they assisted in developing brand strategy and marketing plans for key accounts. Additionally, they managed a team of Business Managers and analyzed data to generate insights for sales growth. Prior to this, Rought worked as the Finance & Operations Manager at Vie Active Inc. and as the IT Manager & Internal Accounting Associate at Damasco & Associates LLP. Caite also held the position of Director of Internal Operations at Scottevest, Inc., where they oversaw finance, human resources, and production & design departments, and handled various financial tasks. Rought started their career as an Assistant Store Manager at LIDS Sports Group and gained valuable experience in sales management and operational oversight. Caite also interned as a Public Affairs Intern at the U.S. Army, where they demonstrated excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Rought began their professional journey as the Head Student Assistant at the University of Kansas, where they managed paperwork, validated scholarship allowances, and prepared reports.

Caite Rought obtained their Bachelor's Degree from The University of Kansas from 2007 to 2011. Caite'sfield of study during this period was Journalism - Strategic Communication. Caite further pursued their education by acquiring a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Coastal Carolina University, which they completed from 2012 to 2013. It should be noted that they also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Kansas, which they completed between 2007 and 2011.
