Jane Liu PEng, MSc., is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical design and project leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the MBD Group Leader at Litens Automotive Group since June 2019, Jane has previously held positions as a Mechanical Engineer at Opener, where contributions included the development of components for eVTOL vehicles, and as a Product Design Engineer at Omron Automotive Electronics, contributing to automotive switch design with a focus on cross-functional teamwork. Jane's educational background includes a Master of Science in Mechanical and Process Engineering from ETH Zürich and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto. Notable early work includes leading mechanical design efforts for the University of Toronto Blue Sky Solar Racing team and participating in the World Solar Challenge.
