Charles Martin

Charles Martin is an experienced professional in the fields of writing, editing, and production, currently serving as a Senior Production Specialist and Production Manager at Literati since November 2020. Charles is also the Founder of Charles J Martin Freelance Editing and Writing, established in August 2019. In addition, Charles holds the position of Creative Director at Literati Press Comics & Novels, a role maintained since April 2008, focused on publishing progressive pop-culture and operating an independent bookstore. Previous experience includes working as a freelance writer for Oklahoma Gazette from January 2005 to March 2012 and as a Staff Writer for CNHI from 2006 to 2007. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Creative Writing from Oklahoma Baptist University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
