Christa Vasquez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Christa started their career in 2006 as an HIM Associate/ROI Clerk at McKenna Memorial Hospital, where they handled patient walk-in requests and processed mail for the HIM department. Christa then moved on to Hunter Medical Systems/PHNS as an ROI Coordinator, overseeing the daily operations of the Release of Information department. At Cedar Park Regional Medical Center, they worked as a Release of Information Specialist, handling centralized release of information and performing general administrative duties. Christa then joined The Scooter Store as a Customer Care Advocate, where they resolved customer issues related to power mobility equipment and assisted with service work orders. Christa continued their career at Concentrix as a Team Leader, supporting and training inbound call agents at an inbound call center. At Farmers Insurance, they served as a Senior Service Advocate before becoming an Office Manager at the Farmers Insurance Buchanan Agency.
