Kathleen Juliano

Kathleen Juliano has extensive experience in intellectual property and regulatory compliance, currently serving as an IP Paralegal and Regulatory Compliance Liaison at Valence Technology since January 2001. Responsibilities include preparing and filing domestic and international patent and trademark applications, maintaining the patent portfolio, and collaborating with scientists and engineers on lithium-ion battery technology. Previous positions include Intellectual Property Paralegal at Lithium Werks B.V. and Paralegal at Harrah’s Entertainment, with a focus on patent applications, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance. Kathleen holds a Bachelor's degree in Women's Studies from SUNY Empire State College and a Paralegal certification from California State University - East Bay.
