Shannon Mitchell has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Beginning in 2007, they worked at PNC Financial Services Group as a Performance Reporting Analyst for a brief period. Shannon then joined Lincoln Financial Distributors, where they served as a Compensation SQL Developer and later transitioned into the role of Project Manager, responsible for managing support and enhancement projects for multiple Salesforce instances. In 2017, Shannon joined Comcast as a Salesforce Project Manager and eventually took on the role of Manager of Software Development. In 2020, they joined Litify as a Senior Technical Project Manager before being promoted to Project Management Team Lead and, most recently, Director of the Litify Success Acceleration Program.
Shannon Mitchell attended Neshaminy High School from 2000 to 2003. Shannon then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2007. In terms of certifications, Shannon obtained the Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Administrator qualifications from Salesforce between 2014 and 2017. Additionally, they acquired the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2011 and the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credential from Scrum Alliance in 2019.
