Florence Tai

Florence Tai is a seasoned Customer Success Manager currently at Litmus since October 2023. Previously, Florence held the position of Customer Success Team Lead - Europe at Fountain from June 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing a team of four Customer Success Managers and facilitating customer engagements to address pain points. Prior experience encompasses roles as Head of Customer Success at Varnish Software Group, Customer Success Manager at CDNetworks, and Inside Account Executive, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer relationship management and support across various companies since 2015. Florence holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama and Spanish from the University of Kent, as well as A-levels in Drama & Theatre Studies, Spanish, and Government & Politics from Brighton College.
