Jessica Grewal currently serves as VP of Global Account Management & Customer Success at Litmus, a role held since April 2019. Prior to this position, Jessica was Senior Director of Account Management at Mapp Digital, where responsibilities included overseeing client satisfaction and retention for a large portfolio across the Americas and APAC. With extensive experience in account management, including roles at BlueHornet and TouchCommerce, Jessica has consistently demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, and enhancing customer experience through innovative solutions. Jessica holds an MBA in Marketing from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside.
