Vaibhav Gurudutt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client operations, sales, and account management. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Client Operations at LitmusWorld since July 2020, Vaibhav supervises global customer experience programs for notable clients including TVS Motor, Essar Oil, SBI MF, and Byjus. Prior to this role, Vaibhav worked as Sales Operations Manager at RASHI E WASTE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, where a comprehensive e-waste management process was implemented. Vaibhav's career began at Uber, progressing through various roles from intern to Key Account Manager, successfully managing relationships with over 100 restaurants.
