Julie Malouin

Julie Malouin has a diverse work experience in various industries. Julie started their career in 2013 as an intern at Bombardier Transportation, where they gained experience in engineering services and provided technical support. Julie then interned as a production support structural analyst, conducting finite element analysis and modifying carbody components using software tools.

In 2014, Julie worked on research projects related to lightweight train strategies, focusing on establishing relationships between carbody weight, propulsion and brake systems, vehicle performance, and supplier products. Julie also improved managing tools for lightweight train projects and conducted technical watch and cost estimates for technologies to be implemented at Bombardier Transportation.

Julie joined Amaris in 2016, initially as a consultant, then as a manager, and later as a senior manager of HEMA (Health, Economics, Market Access) until 2020. In this role, they contributed to research and project management in healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

From 2020 to 2022, Julie joined Mantu as the Head of Innovation Lab, responsible for driving innovation and leading the lab's activities. Julie also held the role of Innovation Manager during this time.

Most recently, in 2022, Julie joined LittleBig Connection as Deputy CIO, where they oversee the organization's technology and information systems.

Julie Malouin completed their high school education at Stanstead College in 2009, earning a High School Diploma. From 2009 to 2011, they attended Cégep de la Gaspésie et des Îles, where they obtained a Pre-University diploma with a focus on Natural Sciences in the English sector. Julie then pursued higher education at Polytechnique Montréal from 2011 to 2016, majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
