Vp, Global Creative & Brand Engagement at Little Caesars

Jaime Pescia has a diverse and extensive work experience in the creative field. Jaime began their career as an Art Director at The Y&R Group in 1999 and then moved on to Campbell-Ewald, where they worked as an Art Director from 2002 to 2005. Jaime also served as an Adjunct Faculty at Macomb Community College during this time.

In 2005, Jaime joined BBDO Detroit as a Senior Art Director and later transitioned to the International Academy of Design and Technology, where they worked as an Adjunct Faculty from 2005 to 2006. From 2009 to 2011, they held the position of Graphic Design Program Chair at the International Academy of Design and Technology, where they were responsible for overseeing the Graphic Design Department.

Jaime then joined Goodby Silverstein and Partners as a Senior Art Director in 2011 before transitioning to Gyro Creative, where they worked as the Director of Design. Their role at Gyro Creative involved solving complex brand challenges and leading the design team.

In 2013, Jaime joined Little Caesars Pizza and has since taken on various roles within the company. Jaime started as a Creative Manager and eventually worked their way up to become the Director of Brand Creative and then the Director of Global Brand & Creative. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Global Creative & Brand Engagement at Little Caesars Pizza. In this role, Jaime oversees the overall brand experience and identity, leads global creative agencies, and manages the internal creative department, consumer engagement department, and in-house production studio.

Over the years, Jaime has also served as an Adjunct Faculty at the College for Creative Studies and has contributed to enhancing the academic integrity and rigor of the graphic design curriculum. Jaime is known for their expertise in brand strategy, design management, and creative direction.

Jaime Pescia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Design/Art Direction from the College for Creative Studies and a Master of Arts degree in Advertising from Michigan State University.
