Lindsay Lester

Lindsay Lester has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Lindsay began their career as a Human Resource Intern at HCR ManorCare in 2007 and later worked as a Graduate Assistant at The University of Toledo, where they marketed the university to companies and provided career guidance to students. Lindsay then joined HCR ManorCare/Heartland Care Partners as a Data Analyst, responsible for providing key information to track productivity and analyzing reports.

Lindsay later worked at Compuware as a Technical Sourcing Specialist/Recruiting Coordinator, where they specialized in full life cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques. Lindsay also had a contract role at Bell Helicopter, where they served as a Corporate Recruiter/Project Associate and implemented best practices for recruiting.

In 2012, Lindsay joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG), starting as a Regional HR Operations Manager and later transitioning to the role of Americas Recruiting Manager for Global Specialty Businesses. During their time at BCG, Lindsay was responsible for scaling and developing recruitment resources, implementing processes to achieve regional KPIs, and serving as a strategic thought partner on recruitment strategy.

Currently, Lindsay is working as a Director of Talent Acquisition at Little Caesars Pizza, overseeing the organization's talent acquisition efforts.

Throughout their career, Lindsay has demonstrated expertise in recruitment strategy, HR processes, employee relations, and data analysis. Lindsay holds certifications in SHRM-CP and PHR, along with an MBA degree.

Lindsay Lester, SHRM-CP, PHR, MBA, has a Master's of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Toledo - Graduate Program. Lindsay also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Toledo - Undergraduate Program. In addition, Lindsay has certifications as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from eXp Realty, a SHRM-CP from SHRM, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI.
