Darren Cornish

Darren Cornish is the Head of Development at Little & Cull. Prior to that, they were a Senior Development Chef at Saladworks from July 2018 to September 2018. Darren has also worked as an Innovation Manager at Kensey Foods from August 2006 to June 2018 and as a Sous Chef at Dartmoor Inn from July 2000 to August 2006.

Darren Cornish began their educational career at St Austell Catering College.

Their manager is Jim Knight, Operations Director. They work with Jocelyn Crimmins - HR Manager, Emma Willis - Head of Technical, and Andrew Williamson - Financial Controller.
