Jim Knight

Jim Knight is currently the Operations Director at Little & Cull. Prior to this, they spent 24 years at Oscar Mayer, where they were the Supply Chain Manager. In this role, Jim managed a team of planners and schedulers who delivered capacity plans of up to 1.1 million units per week. Jim also developed and launched a scheduling tool which delivered labour savings, better resource utilisation and stronger material control. Jim oversaw the Warehouse function which stores and calls off fresh, frozen & ambient materials on site and off site third party storage. Jim is a very passionate and ambitious individual who thrives on getting results and driving change.

Jim Knight attended Bridgemary Community School.
