Debbie Rousseau

Debbie Rousseau serves as the Human Resources Director at Little Gem Resorts since December 2021, following an extensive tenure in the same role at Dacon Corporation from February 1988 to December 2021. During that time, Debbie Rousseau's responsibilities encompassed the development and implementation of corporate policies, personnel record management, payroll processes, benefit administration, HRIS management, compliance, recruitment and retention efforts, cultural oversight, as well as strategic planning and contract negotiations. Debbie Rousseau holds a Human Resource Certificate in Human Resources Management from the Associated Industries of Massachusetts and has academic background from Curry College.
