Ryan Allen

Ryan Allen has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Ryan started their career as a Front End Supervisor at Dominck's Finer Foods in 2006, where they were responsible for managing the front end operations and overseeing a team of front end employees. In 2007, they transitioned to KinderCare as a Lead Preschool Teacher/Program Specialist, where they created a safe and engaging learning environment for up to 20 students.

In 2008, Ryan became the Front Office Manager at Harry Semrow Driving Range, where they directly interacted with customers, managed inventory, and ensured customer satisfaction. Ryan then joined Tamid Medical Group in 2010 as an Office Coordinator, overseeing the day-to-day functions of the medical and spa office, including inventory management and fiscal responsibilities.

In 2014, Ryan took on the role of Director at Ladybug & Friends Daycare and Preschool, where they provided leadership and operational oversight. During this time, they also worked as an Assistant Director at LFDP, handling a variety of responsibilities to support the center's policies and procedures.

Most recently, in 2020, Ryan became the Senior Managing Director at Little Green Tree House, taking on a senior leadership position and contributing to the company's success.

Ryan Allen has a diverse education history. Ryan started in 2006 at the College of Lake County, where they earned an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching in 2007. In 2007-2008, Ryan attended the Elllis University Institute of Technology to obtain a Child Development Associates Degree. Following that, they attended SOLEX Medical Academy from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a degree in Medical/Clinical Assistant. Lastly, in 2015, Ryan briefly attended the City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College, focusing on Early Childhood Education and Teaching.
