Emily Soper

Emily Soper is an experienced professional with a background in operations and communications. Currently serving as Operations Team Lead at Little Lion Impact since March 2024, Emily previously held multiple roles at Common Sense Society from February 2021 to March 2024, including Vice President Operations and Director of Communications. Prior to this, Emily worked as Communications Manager at the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation and held a Communications Associate position at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies. Emily's career began at Heritage Action for America as a Grassroots Associate and included an internship at The Heritage Foundation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from Baylor University and ongoing studies at American University, complemented by a year at Yonsei University.
