Gintare Alekniene

Gintare Alekniene is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in franchise development and management across various sectors. Gintare founded and currently manages Little Medical School Lithuania and Bricks 4 Kidz® Lithuania, both of which aim to inspire children's education in health and STEM fields, respectively. Previously, Gintare served as Head of Retail Chain Baltics at Danbalt International, focusing on business strategy and sales improvement, and as Franchise/RSM Manager at adidas Group, where significant achievements included establishing a franchise store network and opening the first adidas kids store in Europe. Gintare's professional journey includes key account management roles with Reebok, Sara Lee, and Sanitex, complemented by a solid educational foundation, holding an International Executive Master of Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing.
