Jessica Coon has a background in the culinary industry. Jessica started their career as a Research and Development Chef at Perfect Fit Meals in July 2012 and remained in that role until January 2019. In November 2015, they joined Texas Food Solutions as a Product Development Specialist, where they worked until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Manager, Culinary Product at Little Spoon, starting in May 2023.
Jessica Coon obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. Jessica completed the OSHA Outreach Training from the University of South Florida in January 2023. In December 2021, they became a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual through ImEPIK, LLC. Lastly, in June 2016, Jessica received their Internal Auditor certification from QHS Resources.
