Rachel Maniha

Rachel Maniha is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience across various roles in the construction and industrial sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at LIV Development since August 2022, Rachel previously worked at Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC as a Senior Project Accountant and Project Accountant from September 2019 to July 2022. Prior to that, Rachel held the position of Accounting Associate at Hoar Construction from January 2017 to September 2019. Earlier career roles include Contract Administrator and Project Controls at Sunbelt Industrial Company, Inc. from February 2014 to December 2016, and Accounting Assistant at Belle Foods from November 2012 to November 2013. Rachel earned an Associate's degree in Accounting from Jefferson State Community College, attending from 2012 to 2014.
